Dolphin Tour
Here is your chance to see dolphins in their natural habitat. We head down to Kizimkazi, about 65km south of Zanzibar town. Before boarding our boat, you can collect any equipment (flippers, mask, and snorkel) if needed. The BOTTLE NOSE DOLPHINS are wild, and may take a while to find, but they are used to people and sometimes will let you swim alongside them. After the dolphins, we swim in the wonderfully warm Indian Ocean, offering an opportunity to do some snorkeling - marvelling at the beautiful coral and colorful tropical fish. A nice lunch will be provided at a nearby restaurant before going back.

The Jozani Forest is a protected conservation area so no predator can harm them. We also see the variety of trees including many kinds of palm, and the mighty Red mahogany trees. Other wildlife we may see include bush babies, elephant shrew, red and gray squirels, and numerous birds. We also visit the mangrove board walk where three types of Mangroves can be seen. |
